Participants must comply with instructions applicable to individual training programs. Training recordings, presentations, handouts, proprietary methodologies, and materials may not be reproduced, recorded, distributed, or commercially reused without authorization unless expressly permitted.
Customized consultancy, curriculum-development, content-development, video-development, and institutional projects may be governed by a separate proposal, quotation, contract, or scope of work. Where such an agreement exists, its specific terms will apply to that project and will take precedence in the event of a direct conflict with these general website terms.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
