TALEEM Consultancy provides digital educational products as well as professional educational services, workshops, training, curriculum development, and consultancy. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the type of product or service purchased.
Digital products may include downloadable learning packs, worksheets, readers, activity materials, teaching resources, digital books, and other downloadable educational content.
Because digital products can normally be accessed or downloaded immediately after delivery, digital products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been successfully delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the customer.
Customers should contact us if:
They were charged more than once for the same transaction.
Payment was deducted but the purchased resource was not delivered or made accessible.
They received a materially incorrect digital product.
A technical issue attributable to TALEEM prevents access to the purchased product.
We will review legitimate cases individually and may provide replacement access, correct the delivery issue, or issue a refund where appropriate.
Cancellation and refund conditions for workshops or training programs may depend on the particular program. Unless otherwise stated on the relevant registration page, a participant requesting cancellation before the commencement of a paid workshop or training program may contact TALEEM Consultancy to request a review of their registration.
Once a workshop, training program, webinar, or session has commenced or access to recorded/proprietary training material has been provided, fees will generally not be refundable.
If TALEEM Consultancy cancels a paid event and does not provide an appropriate alternative or rescheduled session, eligible participants may receive a refund of the amount paid for that event.
Payments for consultancy, curriculum development, content development, school improvement, customized educational materials, or other commissioned services are governed by the proposal, quotation, agreement, or scope of work accepted by the client. Payments relating to work already completed, milestones achieved, or costs already incurred are generally non-refundable.
If a customer believes that a payment was duplicated or an incorrect amount was charged, they should contact us with the relevant transaction information. After verification, an eligible refund will be processed through an appropriate payment method.
Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend upon the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or wallet provider. TALEEM Consultancy cannot control additional processing time required by third-party financial institutions.
